Our service and consultancy are based on geotechnical engineering. The product is serving to our customer in terms of report and design. To deliver the report of laboratory and field test, we needs to started site exploration and west to site to collect data and samples. As samples and data are ready, samples are bringing to laboratory to testing if needs. Sample is testing and analysis with engineering knowledge and standard are doing. For design services, all data and report of geotechnical aspect is study .The design will doing based on it with our expert engineers

Problems sometimes occur in process of service such as weather, difficult to reach the location, broken samples and difficult to reach date line with customer. In the same time, the result of experiment also are unpredictable because effect of error and problems with apparatus in lab

The supplier for the equipment in our laboratory is ELE International. ELE is known by their quality of equipment around the world. Therefore they has an exclusive rights of patent for every their equipment. Besides supplying the equipment, ELE International will also provide installation, testing and calibration to their customer. ELE has many representative companies around the world and our company will deal with ELE Malaysia to order our laboratory equipment

ELE International is a leading supplier of Construction Materials Testing Equipment. Their products are used in over 150 countries throughout the world. Their product sales, service and advice is available from strategically located offices in the UK and USA, supported by regional offices with ELE associates, located in People's Republic of China, Mexico, Middle East and Singapore.

ELE International was founded in 1961 to supply testing equipment to the Construction Materials Industry. The Environmental Division, specializing in international projects, was created in 1983. ELE is a part of Danaher Corporation, a leading manufacturer of Process / Environmental Controls, Tools and Components. ELE International is a Quality Company certified to ISO 9001.

The price that have been offered by ELE is a competitive price and negotiable which depends on the market and the location. Basically ELE will deliver the requested equipment by phase according to the customer requirement based on the needs of the equipment. The methods of payment that will be used by ELE for tendering equipment is 30% of down payment and monthly installment based on the terms of duration of the supplying.

According the company location, the delivery terms that have been charged by ELE is 3 months after the order form is been received for the shipping of the equipment of our office

8.4 - Quality Control Measures

To establish our product in terms of quality and follows the international standards, there are numbers of standard to follows. In terms of engineering aspects, ASTM and British Standard (BS) are used. In terms of management ISO system is used.

The British Standards Institution (BSI) is the National Standards Body representing the interests of the UK across all of the European and international standards organizations and through their committees. For soil and geotechnical engineering, the standards used by company are BS 1377

The premise that we choose to operate our company is locating at Kuantan city center. The property is locating at Putra Square with modern and strategic location. Putra Square is a multi-function development, unique on the east coast of Malaysia, in its provision of very lastest multimedia technology facilities. The complex is listed as 4th National high-tech City. It features a hotel, convention centre, office tower and a multicultural themed shopping mall. The only one Multimedia Corridor on the East Coast of Malaysia. The shop office called “Construction Town Commercial Shop Office” unit with American Design duplex unit, 3 main business entrance, 2 walkway corridors & a cultural street bazaar. The 2^nd floor of premise will use as administration and staff working area. For 1^st floor will be use as laboratory territory

8.10 - Materials of Services

Basically in our type of services, the main materials are soils and also rocks. This material is bring to our laboratory either by the contractors or by our laboratory technicians who has been appointed to collect the soil samples at site to get their properties according to the client’s requirements and specifications.

In self-billing, the contractors should fill the work request form at least 1 week before they bring their samples to our laboratory for testing. This is for our company record and also to avoid the sample cannot be tested due to the availability staff to conduct the test or due to the equipment is in used for other testing. In tendering, the laboratory technicians will collect the soil samples either disturbed or undisturbed samples on the date that has been stated on the tender document and the work will be process and finish based on the due date at tender document

8.11 - Able to Produce Service

To make ensure customer satisfaction and to gain trust from them, our company have stated our services time frame. The service duration is depends on the type of service of customer needs. On the other hands, the deadline for services delivery report is depends on situation such as location, difficulties of works and also customer request. Therefore time frames are can be negotiable. Below there are table of prediction time frame of our services. It can be dividing to 3 main groups such as laboratory testing, field testing and design service.

8.12 - Product Testing, Price Testing @ Prototype Testing

Price of our service depend on schedule of rates that be discussing on 6.2 in previous chapter. For field test service that needs to mobilize the equipment to location, the price charge by distance from company office. Price of rate is RM3.00/ km. For field testing that needs taking sample from site, the price rate is charge by depth and number of sample. The price is different and depends on type of field test. Laboratory testing is charge by number of testing of samples. But a certain type of test is pricing by set of sample such as Unconfined Compression Test.
